As an Occupational Therapist and parent of a teen with ADHD, Nudge is great device to help stay on track with medications. The flashing lights are subtle but effective, providing a great visual cue without being disruptive. I love that you can customize the alerts-everyone has different needs and this flexibility makes a big difference.
